I am a woman in my mid 40’s and was in the stage in my life that it was time to start dating. I wasn’t feeling so good about my physical appearance so I went on-line to try to find a trainer close to my home that could help me with the right exercises and diet I needed to make the changes to my body that needed done. I found Pamela Lauderback. Pamela was in my same town so I called her and spoke with her over the telephone and told her what I was looking for. When I first met Pam, I was VERY skeptical of the results she was promising me but I needed to trust her and follow her recommendations. Let’s face it, a woman in her mid 40’s with children and a belly that stuck out entering the dating field was a scary adventure. On my first visit, Pam took “before” pictures of me, measured me and weighed me. I loved Pam after my first training session. The one thing that impressed me was Pam is not all about you spending tons of money on exercise equipment. She recommends every day items that you may have at your home to do some of your exercises and what I did need to buy; I didn’t have to break the bank to purchase. She also teaches you the proper form and exercises so if you want to eventually train on your own, you will have the proper form and exercises to succeed. Pam even used one of my sessions to meet me at the grocery store and show me foods to avoid and recommend good choices. After two months of training, Pamela took “after” pictures, measured me and weighed me. The results were AMAZING! Seeing is believing—the before and after pictures said it all. I had lost weight and lost 3 inches off my waist. My clothes were hanging on me. I have more energy, I’m not as tired or worn out as I used to be. Before training with Pam, I used to have migraines at least once a month. In the almost three months I have been training with her, I have had only 1 migraine. I was only going to train with Pam just until I felt confident enough to do everything on my own. However, not only is she an awesome trainer and very knowledgeable, she is a great motivator. Just when I think I can’t do those last few sets of weight training and I think I possibly can’t lift that much weight, she is right there motivating me telling me I CAN do it and she is right. She knows how much to push your body but not too much that you are sore for days. I am still training with Pam and will continue to do so without any hesitation or skeptism. I am down to two days a week and training the other days on my own. If you are thinking about changes you need to make in your diet and physical appearance, Pam is the trainer for you!!
