These sessions are held at the my studio, which offers a comfortable yet complete exercise environment. Another advantage to in-gym private sessions is the availability of many types of equipment. The reasons are endless.
In-home private sessions - are not only convenient, they're smart. Feel too uncomfortable to travel to my studio, elderly, socially not able to manage, or maybe you have a wonderful area to exercise in your own surroundings and need me to design your workout for you?
• For starters, these programs are truly customized masterpieces every client's program is so different, you'd almost think it's been formulated by a different trainer. • Secondly, not only do you receive top-notch instruction and helpful guidance on each exercise, but your form is monitored extremely closely to ensure you're performing every movement correctly. • Best of all, your entire exercise concerns are taken care of for you, which means you have more time to attend to your busy schedule. You need not even think about your exercise the rest of the week all you need to do is answer the door for your appointments and work with the trainer for that one hour!
Semi-Private Personal Training (two participants)- If you, your spouse, boyfriend, neighbor, or friends are looking forward to getting fit and want to share the expense of personal training, this program is for you. Have the benefit of expert fitness training and save money. •A more affordable option, this program works especially well for participants who have similar levels of fitness and /or goals. You split the cost of an hourly session, yet still receive a customized program design and guidance. Plus, there's the added bonus of social reinforcement through the fitness buddy system.
Small Group Training (3-4) Learn how to exercise as a team, especially for a family situation where you can learn the basics and workout together, spending quality time and getting fit. It's more than just exercises, have fun and “Get Fit the Healthy Way”
This is a new and rapidly growing Healthyone Fitness program. The content of these sessions is not as personalized they are more like a group fitness. But, two features that are definitely customized are the time frame and the convenience factor. You get to pick the day, you get to pick the time.

The Fitness Assessment: is designed to provide critical information regarding your health history, lifestyle, activity level, exercise experience, nutritional habits, and goals and desires. Many factors can impact a fitness program and this information allows for your individual training program to be properly structured. Depending on your particular goals, baseline measurements of general cardiac respiratory and muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition can also be taken. •Fitness Checkup*: You will have the opportunity to go through all of the exercises in the privacy of the Healthyone Personal Training Studio. This will ensure that all of the exercises in the program are appropriate for you, and if desired, any adjustments to the program can be made at that time. This visit is also critical to make certain that you are able to perform all of the movements with proper form, minimizing any injury risk while maximizing your results.
